In emergency situations, through the IFRC’s Surtension Deployment mechanism and the Netherlands Red Cross’ bilateral partnerships, we can rapidly deploy trained data and digital specialists to strengthen coordination, analysis, and information management whenever and wherever needed.

• Forecast-based action and early warning support
• Technical support for developing, reviewing activating trigger models et Early Action Protocols
