Red Social Innovation discusses the Social Media Listening (SML) tool developed by the Netherlands Red Cross’ data & digital team, 510. This tool monitors and analyses messages from platforms like Telegram to understand the needs, fears, and sentiments of affected communities. Having processed over 1.5 million messages across 50+ groups, SML has enabled the creation of more than 90 reports, helping National Societies enhance their Engagement et responsabilité de la communauté efforts.
