Our CEA team helps with writing CEA strategies that integrate (digital) feedback mechanisms and two-way communication tools into National Society guidelines and plans; we help with leveraging CEA data and evidence for decision-making by implementing (digital) products and processes that allow for more systemic collection, analysis, visualization and sharing of feedback data; and we work on improving the quality of the engagement itself.
