Terme du glossaire : Treshold

A threshold defines the magnitude of impact linked to a weather- or climate-related disaster (typhoons, floods, droughts or other). This value is the level of which pre-agreed actions activates FbA by the DREF. The impact threshold is based on historical timeseries analysis in relation to vulnerability and exposure data.
